prices. Coverage on an actual cash value basis is optional.
Automatic Increase in
Insurance.
Prevents inflation from devaluing your insurance protection
by automatically increasing the amount of coverage on your
buildings each year. A choice of percentages is available
on an optional basis.
XCU - Coverage for Explosion,
Collapse and Underground Hazards.
Can include X, C, U or exclude U, XC, XCU depending on the
type of classifications.
Tools and Equipment.
Can increase coverage up to $50,000 ($10,000 per item).
